Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
OmniToolsPro LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the OmniToolsPro platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Billing information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe shares with us only what's needed to manage your subscription (plan, status, renewal date, and a Stripe customer/subscription ID).
Content you provide. This includes chatbot configurations, system prompts, knowledge base documents you upload or paste, and conversation history generated through the Service.
Usage data. We may collect log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to operate and secure the Service.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited data with the following processors to operate the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
- OpenAI (or your configured AI provider) — chatbot messages and relevant knowledge base context are sent to generate responses. Do not upload sensitive personal data into a chatbot's knowledge base unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards for doing so.
- Our hosting provider — infrastructure to run the Service and store your data.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including password hashing, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials (such as per-bot API keys), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@omnitoolspro.com.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies (such as a session cookie) required for login and core functionality. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
